As a co-founder of Artists of Pittsburgh, I was involved from square one in designing the website and developing the vision of the project. My partner and photographer of the project, Alejandro Pinzón, and I aimed to answer the question, “who is the person behind the artist?” We set out to create a different kind of interview series, one where we profiled the human side of the creator, rather than focusing solely on their work. In addition to writing the stories, I was responsible for managing our website, social media and newsletter.
